Fully open laces. 2. Slip brace over sock on left or right foot. 3. Pull laces tight and evenly on each side. 4. Adjust Anti-Slip Side Straps on each side until comfortable. 5. Pull top elastic finishing straps around to the front until comfortably tight and fasten together. For an Inversion Sprain: 1. Wrap the OUTSIDE Anti-Slip Side Strap over top of ankle to the inside of foot and then under the arch upward to the outside of your foot to secure to the OUTSIDE brace loop. 2. Wrap the INSIDE Anti-Slip Side Strap over top of ankle to the outside of foot and then under your foot upward to the inside to secure to the INSIDE brace loop. For an Eversion Sprain: 1. Wrap the INSIDE Anti-Slip Side Strap over top of ankle to the inside of foot and then under the arch upward to the outside of your foot to secure to the INSIDE brace loop. 2.
