#170-2412 Chalet Art Glass was handmade in Canada by skilled artists and Known for vivid tones and transparent colors.
Venetian glassblowers Angelo and Luigi Tedesco and brother-in-law Sergio Pagnin founded The company in Quebec in 1961. Originally called Murano Glass, but after a fire destroyed their Montreal location in 1962 the company moved to Cornwall, Ontario. In 1975 company filed bankruptcy and closed.
Due to its rarity, Chalet Art Glass has become sought after by collectors everywhere and highly collectible today. This is a flawless example of quality and craftsmanship and measures 4 1/2" tall. This piece would complement any collection.
